8-day/7-night star horseback riding tours of 15, 20 or 28 hours in the saddle.Located six kilometers from beautiful Mediterranean coast the comfortable Hotel Berke offers comfortable accommodations, lot’s of extra activities in addition to riding. Sitting beside the property is the 9000 feet (2800 meter) Tahtali Mountain, a part of the Toros Mountains. The property is six minutes from the beach and also boasts a tennis court, swimming pool, mountain biking for the truly committed and air-conditioned rooms for tired riders. Lessons are available in the outdoor training ring in a variety of equestrian activities. There is a third 35 hour riding tour with summer only riding dates that splits riding time between the hotel properties and properties in the higher mountains that surround the property. Rates: 3 nights in valley properties/4 nights at hotel: 35
hours per week. $1145 US. Rates quoted on basis of half board, 7 nights accommodations, number of riding hours as described in programs, and double occupancy per room.
Single supplements are $100 US.
Transfers fees from Keysari Aiport are $105 US.
Lessons, extra riding hours, extra day, room upgrades for
honeymooners or those wanting a large suite can be arranged as

| Horsesense: |
All programs includes all meals, riding and accommodations, and free four time a day shuttle service to beach. Best riding seasons are April to mid June, September and October. There is single supplement of $100 US/80 E/55 GBP. Transfers costs from Antalya airport are $66 US/38 GBP/55 Euros. Rates for transfer are lower per persons with 2 or more.
Additional riding time as low as 15 euros/$18 US/12 GBP per hour or less for more hours.
The horses will be a mix of Arabian and local horses. Property maintains a here of 27 to 30 working horses with head guide and 7 assistants. The saddles are trekking, English and Western. The pace of the ride will depend on the route chosen for the day and your experience level but there will be opportunities to canter on most riding days. Lessons including lessons in jumping are available at the properties equestrian center. |

Turkey has always been a land of diverse cultures, a long and proud history and a crossroads where the East and West meet. It is a country with a long history and the architecture to prove it. Our ride center near the major international airport of Antalya lies overlooking the Toros Mountains and two of it's very high peaks. Riding will be a combination of mountain treks and faster rides to the sea, through the hills and farm land that surround the property and to the historical towns and buildings that dot the area. Riders will be able to enjoy large on property pool, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, and in various other locations throughout the course of the week. The program includes transfers, all riding and all meals. Berke Ranch located on the piedmonts of Taurus Mountains, lies parallel to the most beautiful coast of Turkey. Berke Ranch presents eight marvelous days of history. The Missionary Church from the Hellenistic Period survived since hundred of years at the mountains, The Juruks " Mountain Man's" life, mystical mine sand INNS, the rivers and lakes of the region's, St. Nicholas's Home and Church, orange and grenadine gardens. History and nature merge to create a fascinating environment. |

| Room and Board: |
All rooms have two beds, shower, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning and hair dryer. Families may also opt for larger apartments. Breakfast and dinner will be enjoyed at the hotel, while lunch packets are distributed by riders to be enjoyed are their breaks. Rates do not include alcohol but there is a bar on the property. Property has swimming pool, tennis court and shuttles guests four times daily to local Mediterranean Beaches. |

April to June and Sept. to Oct. temperatures are around 25 Celsius- D (77 Fahrenheit -FH.) during the day and 15 to 20 C. (59 to 68 FH) at night. During rest of season temperatures are 30 to 35 C. during day and 25 C at night (86 to 95 and 77 at night. |

| Day1: |
Transfer from Antalya airport to the Hotel Berke Ranch for a welcoming cocktail to the guests and the introduction of the horses. Free time till dinner. |
| Day2: |
At 10:00am after breakfast, you ride towards Tahtali Mountain to the house of Yörük Halil Karakoyunlu. We will enjoy a half hour ride to watch the magnificent Mediterranean bays. While moving up to the mountain path on the right side we'll see Kuzdere, Kemer and Göynük villages and on the other side we'll enjoy the magnificent Mediterranean Sea. We'll be at the ranch by 14:00pm. Free time till dinner. |
| Day3: |
At 10:00 pm we are ride to Kuzdere. It is the most interesting village of the region. You could experience the cultural and authentic view of our country. You will explore more while drinking Turkish tea at the village and when passing through Kuzdere mosque and the Scholl. Our returning path is magnificent. You will see the wonderful orange gardens surrounding Ikiz Kayalar which is the famous attribute of the region. At 14:00 pm after returning to the ranch, you could enjoy the beauty of the day when swimming in the pool. The dinner is at 19:30pm. |
| Day4: |
10:00 pm after breakfast we are riding on horses towards Alaca Su, 12km distanced from our ranch. Alaca Su is one of the most beautiful bays of the region. The historical city of Phaselis was a place where lovers met secretly for a told story. You could swim in the beautiful sea along with your horses and we rest here. After that we are going to visit the mine that Phaselis citizens made. The iron and chrome mine was the most important mine of the Phaselis citizens at those times, instrumental in producing fine instruments of war and providing a living. You will feel the living history while returning back to the ranch. |
| Day5: |
Our tour begins in the afternoon. We are going to enjoy wonderful gallops to the Mediterranean Sea. This is a 4-5 hour tour that where the start varies according to the weather. We are start by moving to Kesme Bogazi 11 km from our ranch. You could swim in the valley where the Agva River passes through.On our return we will ride towards Kiris Beach. You can enjoy wonderful beach gallops or relax and enjoy the sunset. Kiris Beach is only 5 minutes far from the ranch with our bus. |
| Day6: |
After breakfast we ride towards an antique chapel in Olympus Mountain. In this four hour trip we'll climb up nearly 700 meters(3000 feet) with our horses. We will ride towards a magnificent place through the forest for a distance of 8 km. Up in the hills we are going to tie our horses near a water spring and we are going to have a 10 minutes walk. You will see the Mediterranean Sea, the Kumluca Village and the historical city Side. After we return to the ranch where a special night will be waiting for you. |
| Day7: |
Today will be a long day in the saddle as ride towards the mountains. After an hour we will be passing through farm seeing domestic herds. After that there is a big climb ending will at a natural pool. On our way back to the ranch we will be enjoying the diversity of the area in all it's natural beauty. |

Valley to Mountain Riding Tour: 8 days/7 nights/ 35 hours of riding
A second itinerary and one designed principally for warmer summer months has riders split their accommodations and riding between the valleys where the hotel is located and the surrounding Taurus and Tahtali mountain areas with their peaks near 8,000 feet (2365 meters) and riding trails at over 1000 meters( 3100 feet).

Satarday: Arrival day, welcome cocktail, introduction to the ranch and your program. |
| Day2: |
Sunday: After breakfast we ,introduce you to your horses and the support riding team, warm up at the manage, divide the groups if necessary according to their experience level and begin riding in the forest for about 5 hours of riding. Then after a suggested period of rest by the pool we enjoy a fine dinner. |
| Day3: |
Monday: After breakfast, will will ride to Ovacik, a long 7-8 hour ride reaching Ovacik Village, surrounded by mountains with a wonderful view. We will enjoy a traditional Turkish dinner while recovering from our long day ride. |
| Day4: |
Tuesday: Another long 7 to 8 hour riding day to Yayla Kuzdere along beautiful paths where you can watch all the pine trees and valley of Goynuk. The weather is always breezy because of the Valley and you can enjoy good views of the sea...Guests can have their lunch in the villages along the way which do not have formal restaurants but where local families will supply meals as desired. Yayla Kuzdere is the closest village to the top of Tahtali mountain(2365 m.. You will have dinner with a beautiful view of Tahtali mountain,you can watch the snow even in June and next year there will be ski resort there. |

Wednesday: After having breakfast, we ride too Gedelma village, famous for it's very old tree(2500 years old), very old caves, castle and village...After a 6-7 hours ride we reach Gedelma village, enjoy village tour on foot in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight. |
| Day6: |
Thursday: After breakfast we head back for the ranch, about a 6 hour ride, with wonderful views of Kesme Valley, pine trees, and old fountains. Tired riders will enjoy a fine dinner at the ranch. |
| Day7: |
Friday:The last riding day,after having breakfast leave from ranch to go for Temple,ride for 2-3 hours then half an hour trekking to reach the top of the Temple,it is very old and you can watch all Antalya , Kemer, Kuzdere from there the altitude is around 600m.Then back to the ranch,have rest by the pool,fine dinning... |
