On Tuesday we have a long ride to the Dordogne River. Our hotel is in the middle of the picturesque/charming village of Carennac. This property  is a beautifully renovated old barn, with superb rooms, a magnificent view and a swimming pool. Or we go to the little castle on the side of the river in Meyronne, known for its luxury and its excellent French cuisine.
