Riding Holidays | Pembrokeshire - Wales
Pembrokeshire is located on the South-West tip of Wales and has a fantastic seashore visited by tourists of all kinds each year.
The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is unrivalled as there is no other national park in the United Kingdom that is home to such an extensive stretch of coastline. Here all abilities of horse and rider can relish in the unlimited beach riding opportunities along this beautiful expanse of coast. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is a circular route around the county, where each of the 186 miles is unique and the views out to sea are spectacular. Along the route you’ll meander through seaside villages, numerous sheltered bays and golden sandy beach coves – you can explore at your own pace and stop whenever you want to take a breath-taking view at the scenery or an invigorating gallop along the sand. A great beach riding spot is Manorbier, where a historic castle sits above the sandy cove – a very rare sight to experience on horseback.
There are some great equestrian centres offering holidays for you and your horse in Pembrokeshire, so saddle up!
